Ladies in Full Effect ("L.I.F.E.") was founded in Tampa, FL in 2011. Our purpose is to help restore dignity, respect, and humility in our community by way of mentoring,coaching, and teaching the youth to become productive citizens. We believe L.I.F.E. is about more than just one aspect or one moment in time in a person's L.I.F.E. Therefore it is our goal to establish assistance for individuals within the community before, during and after the point at which they need assistance. We call this our "L.I.F.E. Cycle" program, where stage 1 is the assistance offered before, stage 2 is the assistance offered during, and lastly stage 3 is the assistance offer after, together creating the "L.I.F.E. Cycle" of assistance.
